- Your enquiry — your name, email address, the business you are interested in and your message, when you use our contact form.
- Technical details — your IP address and the time of your message, which we use to protect the form from spam and abuse.
We do not ask for phone numbers and we do not use this website to collect payment details.
How we use it and why
We use your enquiry to reply to you and to pass it to the LAMTANS Group business that can help. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before any agreement. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your separate consent.
Who we share it with
- The relevant LAMTANS Group business — LAMTANS Engineering Ltd, LAMTANS Technologies LLC (USA), LAMTANS Consultants in Pakistan, or LAMTANS Holdings Ltd (Compliant Lets), depending on your enquiry.
- Service providers who host our website and run our enquiry and email systems, under contracts that protect your data.
Where your enquiry is handled by a group business outside the UK, we protect it with appropriate safeguards, such as contractual terms approved for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless you become a customer, in which case the relevant business keeps records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
